PuckPoint is run by M3A LLC of New Britain, Connecticut ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The information on PuckPoint

Rink details, schedules, tournament pages, camps and nearby places come from the rinks' and organisers' own pages, public map data and parents' reports. We check what we can, but details change and some will be out of date. Drive times are estimates. Always confirm times, locations and fees with the rink, club or organiser before you travel or pay anyone. Rankings reflect what parents have reported, not our opinion.

Accounts

Accounts are for people 18 and over. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is posted from your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

What you post

Rink reports, game posts, contest entries, listings and messages must be accurate as far as you know, and must not be abusive, misleading, unlawful or spam. Do not name or identify children in rink reports or game posts. Enter a minor in a contest only if you are their parent or guardian or have their permission. Post only photos and videos you have the right to share.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to show it on PuckPoint and in our newsletter and social posts about PuckPoint, for as long as it stays on the site. We may edit for length or remove anything at our discretion, and we review reports and entries before they appear.

Contests

Each contest has its own official rules, linked from the contest page. Those rules decide eligibility, voting and prizes.

Paid listings

Paid placements are always labelled FEATURED, and the nearest unpaid options still show. When you request a paid listing we confirm the details by email before anything is charged. A paid listing does not mean we endorse the business.

Outside links

We link to rinks, clubs, organisers, streaming services and businesses we don't control. Some links to streaming and similar services are affiliate links: we may earn a small commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. Those links are marked as sponsored in the page code.

Fair use of the site

Don't copy the directory in bulk, run automated scrapers, interfere with the site, or use Find a game or the contact forms to send unsolicited advertising.

No warranty

PuckPoint is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, M3A LLC is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its information, including missed games, travel costs or dealings with businesses listed here.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
